We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.
What you will do as a Project Coordinator:
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in organizing and executing all phases of construction projects, from tendering through final delivery. This role is both administrative and technical, with greater autonomy than a PC2, including limited contract signing authority and more client-facing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documents, drawings, contracts, and change orders.
- Lead document control and manage construction management software (Procore).
- Support procurement and tendering, including scope reviews and subcontractor negotiations.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and monthly progress draws.
- Participate in client and trade meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Conduct weekly site visits, monitor quality, enforce HSE requirements, and support LEED initiatives where applicable.
- Use BIM tools (Revizto) for coordination, issue tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of project coordination experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and HSE practices.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and BIM platforms (Revizto).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage parts of a project independently.
