Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have experience in factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves working on the assembly line, operating machinery, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Operate various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to assist in the manufacturing process.
- Perform assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly and maintenance of products.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
