Powder Coater Painter
The successful applicant will be an experienced individual who is technically inclined and interested in working in a fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining spray equipment to apply coatings on industrial productions of various sizes, large and small.
- Selecting, mixing, and applying appropriate paint coatings as required.
- Preparing items for application of coating.
- Using mill test gauges.
- Experience as a Powder Coater in an industrial setting considered an asset.
- A team player attitude and a commitment to safe work practices.
- The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Must understand the importance of producing quality products
- The ability to lift 20lbs and the ability to move equipment as needed.
- The ability to wear a respirator. To use the respirator, you must be clean-shaven (no beard or stubble). This is very important for the Fit Test and for safety when wearing the respirator. If you are the successful applicant, you must stay clean-shaven for the entire time you work in this position.
