Qualifications
· Basic knowledge of applicable regulations (including GMP) as it relates to manufacturing and/or packaging of (1) pharmaceuticals (“drug products”) and (2) natural health products relevant to products and processes in respect of which the individual Team Member is responsible.
· Basic knowledge of company SOP’s, protocols, policies (including the Employee Manual), and procedures relevant to products and processes in respect of which the individual Team Member is responsible.
· Basic knowledge of manufacturing (such as blending, tableting, coating, encapsulating, and/or powder filling and/or collateral processes) and/or packaging relevant to products and processes in respect of which the individual Team Member is responsible.
· Basic understanding of day to day operation and maintenance and minor repair of all equipment and building systems relevant to products and processes in respect of which the individual Team Member is responsible.
· Basic understanding of company hazard and safety SOP’s, protocols, policies, and procedures, MSD sheets, and location and use of all safety equipment and building safety systems relevant to products and processes in respect of which the individual Team Member is responsible.

Duties and Responsibilities
Generally, to operate equipment and undertake manufacturing and/or packaging processes in compliance with applicable regulations (including GMP), SOP’s, protocols, policies (including the Employee Manual), and procedures.
More particularly, duties and responsibilities include:
· To complete all pre-line clearance procedures.
· To check/double check that all raw materials and/or work in progress conform to the applicable MWO or PWO, including:
o Checking/double checking identity (description, part number, lot number, etc.).
o Checking/double checking quantity.
o Reporting any errors or discrepancies to the Lead Hand (or Production Supervisor, if there is no Lead Hand).
· To manufacture/package all products in accordance with all SOP’s, protocols, policies, procedures, MWO’s, PWO’s, and internal and customer specifications.
· To comply with, complete and record all in-process controls and procedures.
· To complete all production documentation (including MWO’s, PWO’s, logs, etc.) in accordance with all SOP’s, protocols, policies, and procedures.
· To clean, dismantle, and set-up equipment in accordance with all SOP’s, protocols, policies, and procedures (including any equipment manual).
· To clean machine rooms in accordance with all SOP’s, protocols, policies, and procedures.
· To clean up workstation at end of shift.
· To transfer unused raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and other materials from the plant to the warehouse as requested by the Lead Hand (or Production Supervisor, if there is no Lead Hand).
· To perform minor maintenance and repair work on operated equipment, and to report to the Lead Hand (or Production Supervisor, if there is no Lead Hand) if minor maintenance or repair is required by Maintenance & Safety.
SHIFT 6 AM TO 2:30 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
