We’re looking for a highly organized Production & Operations Team Lead to join our team and oversee day-to-day production, inventory, planning, documentation, sanitation, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
- Manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, ensuring accurate seed-to-sale tracking.
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and capacity.
- Maintain all production documentation to Health Canada standards.
- Oversee sanitation protocols to meet GPP compliance.
- Support audits and inspections.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in production, operations, or inventory management (cannabis or regulated industry preferred).
- Knowledge of Cannabis Regulations and GPP standards.
- Experience with seed-to-sale/ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365.
- You MUST be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

Pay: $43,000.00-$76,000.00 per year
