RocketRez is paving the way in the Tours & Attractions industry by building the ultimate all-in-one platform for managing operations, revenue, and guest experiences. We help our customers connect every part of their business through one system; from ticketing to inventory, payments to reporting.
As we continue to scale, data is becoming the heartbeat of our platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can transform raw numbers into actionable insights, build the next generation of reporting tools, and (bonus!) explore how AI can unlock daily advantages for our customers.
The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager, Data & Reporting who will own the strategy and execution of all data and reporting initiatives at RocketRez. This is a hands-on role for someone who can dive deep into how customers use reporting to make decisions, then design solutions that make insights fast, accurate, and business-changing
If you have experience building data products (dashboards, reporting tools, analytics features) and can partner with engineers, data specialists, and customer-facing teams to bring them to life... this role is for you!
You’ll be the voice of data in our product team, ensuring our reporting capabilities are not just informative, but transformative.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Data & Reporting Roadmap: Define the strategy and prioritize features that turn reporting into a competitive advantage for our customers.
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs across product usage, customer outcomes, and internal adoption of reporting tools.
- Deliver Reporting Products: Work closely with engineering and design to ship dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive decisions for customers (e.g., revenue, inventory, manifests, guest behavior).
- Champion Data Across the Org: Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Operations to ensure data solutions meet real-world needs and empower every team member to use insights effectively.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry best practices in BI, data visualization, and AI, and translate them into product opportunities.
- Explore AI Use Cases (Bonus): Identify where machine learning, predictive analytics, or workflow automation can add value to reporting and decision-making.
- Proven Product Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager (or Product Owner) with a focus on data, reporting, analytics, or BI products.
- Strong Data Acumen: Experience working with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards). You understand data structures, KPIs, and how businesses turn numbers into action.
- User-Centric Mindset: You empathize with end-users and can translate business questions into reporting solutions that feel intuitive and powerful.
- Clear Communicator: Ability to turn technical or data-heavy concepts into plain-language insights that drive decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leader: Skilled at working with engineers, designers, and commercial teams to deliver impact quickly and iteratively.
- Bias for Action: Comfortable in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term strategy with the urgency of shipping value now.
- (Nice to Have) AI or machine learning experience in product applications, predictive dashboards, or workflow automation.
- A chance to shape the data strategy of a fast-growing SaaS company in the attractions industry.
- Work with a collaborative, global team (Canada, U.S., Ecuador).
- Real ownership: your work will directly impact how our customers make decisions every day.
- Growth opportunities, we’re scaling , and this role has room to expand in scope and leadership.
