We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Data Management Administrator to join our growing Data Team. This entry-level role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of product data across multiple key retail and e-commerce accounts. The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, and takes initiative to identify and resolve data issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Item Setup & Data Syndication
- Upload and distribute new product data to key accounts across multiple regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate setup for CDN and US Wayfair.
- Coordinate data submission for additional retail partners as needed.
- Product Data Management
- Maintain and update product data to meet requirements for Wayfair and other key accounts.
- Oversee product assortment accuracy and perform routine data maintenance.
- Quality Control & Audits
- Conduct image audits and flag quality issues for correction.
- Perform inventory, carton, product detail, and copy audits to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Pricing & Promo Coordination
- Process pricing updates for Wayfair and other platforms including regular, B2B, and promotional pricing changes.
- Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Track and resolve flags and alerts from Wayfair’s platform.
- Ensure all flagged items are reviewed, corrected, and updated appropriately.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive problem-solver: able to identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for managing large data sets (bonus if experienced with PIM or DAM systems)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Post-secondary education in Business, Data Management, E-commerce, or a related field
- Internship or experience in retail, merchandising, or product data entry a plus

The salary range for this role is currently budgeted at $47,000 - $50,000 annually.
