Schedule: Rotating 8 hour shifts, days, nights, afternoons - occasional weekends
Work Location: 944 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities
- Department Rotation & Flexibility: Participate in break relief and rotate within different process departments. Be ready to be deployed to other process or packaging departments as per production needs.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning software system) quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer, legal, and internal standards.
- Sanitation: Perform sanitation duties for both process and packaging equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production documentation and SAP quality reporting. Collaborate with support departments such as Quality Assurance to utilize these tools for adjustments and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and regulations. Actively participate in Health & Safety initiatives to foster a safe working environment.
- Quality Standards: Understand and comply with HACCP, Sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies and procedures. Proactively engage in improvement initiatives.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep your work area organized and safe. Initiate and participate in efforts to enhance the manufacturing appearance.
- Efficiency Optimization: Maximize production efficiency by fine-tuning equipment and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously
