Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production team in Salmo, BC.
This is a fast paced environment, must be able to use power tools safely and efficiently. There is some heavy lifting involved up to 50lbs
Processing involves identifying, disassembling, and sorting different materials. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment as directed by the production supervisor or manager
- Perform quality control checks on equipment as directed by the production supervisor or manager
- Complete paperwork for quality control checks and record results on appropriate forms
- Ensure that the production area is clean and free of debris at all times
- Report any production issues to Production Supervisor or Manager
- Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment by following company guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Education and Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
