Key Responsibilities
- Serve legal documents to individuals, businesses, and legal representatives as required by court rules and applicable legislation
- Conduct in-person delivery of documents within the assigned jurisdiction(s), ensuring personal service when mandated
- Complete and submit accurate affidavits of service or attempted service in a timely manner
- Communicate service attempts and outcomes to the Service Coordinators and/or clients
- Investigate and locate individuals for service using available information and resources
- Strategically plan routes and service attempts to ensure efficiency and success
- Follow all legal and procedural guidelines to ensure the validity of each service
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of service attempts and completed deliveries
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully when dealing with clients, defendants, and members of the public
