As a Prepper, you will be preparing customer supplied materials for paint. Prepping and masking metal doors and door components, wood doors (stain and lacquer), windows and millwork, This position requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to perform light to medium lifting. MUST HAVE RELATED EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assist in the preparation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with lifting of parts and components as needed.
- Clean, mask and prep parts and components as per instructions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform lifting as required by the role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
