The Role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own all paid media channels. Your mandate: build, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns that hit CAC and ROAS targets—while embracing AI to work smarter and faster. You’ll partner with our strategist, creative team, and CRO specialists to ensure every click has a clear path to revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Plan & Launch Campaigns – Build search, social, and display campaigns across Google Ads (incl. Performance Max), Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Embrace AI & Automation – Leverage tools such as Google Ads scripts, Meta Advantage+, Clay, Perplexity, GPT, etc, to speed up keyword research, ad copy, bid strategies, and reporting.
- Own Tracking & Attribution – Set up and audit GA4, HighLevel, and Tag Manager; ensure every conversion event flows into Looker Studio dashboards.
- Iterate & Optimise – Manage budgets, test creatives, refine audiences, and improve landing-page CRO in collaboration with our design/dev team.
- Report on ROI – Communicate results and insights around CAC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS in plain English; recommend the next best move each sprint.
You’ll Succeed If You…
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house).
- Are fluent with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, HighLevel, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
- Can wire up conversion events, troubleshoot pixels, and validate data.
- Have a track record of hitting CAC and ROAS targets for SMB or mid-market accounts.
- Thrive on rapid testing, clear communication, and measurable wins.
- Bonus points for Google Ads or Meta certifications, experience in trades/construction or D2C.
