The Portfolio Implementation Analyst will support various Portfolio Management teams in the day-to-day implementation of portfolio changes across the team’s various SMA, UMA and Asset Allocation strategies.
As part of this role you will oversee and supervise operational and compliance aspects associated with the management and trading of both equity and fixed income securities. The role involves interaction with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Traders, Compliance, Risk Management, Portfolio Specialists and Relationship Management to coordinate all of the daily requirements of portfolio management.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement trades and changes in the portfolios and supervise investment process from end-to-end; review cash levels and flows.
Monitor portfolios to ensure the team’s investment strategy is implemented consistently across accounts, monitor portfolio performance and attribution in relation to market movements and investment guidelines
Responsible for tax harvesting analysis and execution for all client requests
Serve as the initial contact for Compliance issues raised on portfolios, and associated investigation and escalation
Assist with portfolio management projects
Conduct monthly portfolio reviews for dispersion
Assist Management in various reporting requirements
Key Shared Responsibilities:
Coordinate on-boarding of new sponsor relationships
Identify system and application issues and enhancements, and collaborate with IT teams to define requirements and develop improvements/solutions
Interact directly with other team members and all other levels of management to develop and implement new workflows when needed
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in the financial industry
Experience with Bloomberg and/or Fiserv APL (Tegra 118) a plus
Fixed Income background a plus
Experience with retail separately managed accounts a plus
Strong digital literacy (Excel, Word, databases) including familiarity with key industry related software and databases
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with and coordinate between various groups within a global organization

Salary range is expected to be between
