Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shift) Monday to Thursday (10-hour shift)
Salary: $25.00 to $52.00 based on relevant education and/or level of experience
Reports to: Project Manager/Site Supervisor

Position Summary:
IPH is looking for Plumbing Journeyperson, high level aprentices or Foreman with either residential, commercial or industiral experience. Based on experience we offer several different project types, with growth to expand into all industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Install drainage systems using PVC and cast‑iron piping.
- Install hydronic heating systems with welded, threaded and Victaulic connections, including in‑slab radiant heating.
- Run water services from underground mains to stainless‑steel, copper or PVC distribution lines.
- Perform gas fitting and hookup in accordance with applicable codes.
- Coordinate equipment set‑ups and lifts, using cranes or other rigging methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings and 3D models to ensure accurate installation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber Red Seal
- 3rd of 4th year apprenticeship credentials
- Minmimum 3 years experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
