Overview
Structural Precast is seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, along with the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage supply chain activities, including inventory control and procurement of materials.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for production.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality control processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand fabrication processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
