Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a love for creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, maintaining proper food handling practices.
- Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in the food service industry.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
