Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, particularly in pizza preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Strong skills in food handling and meal preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
