Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional patient care and customer service
- Data entry, labeling, and packaging prescriptions
- Managing third party insurance adjudications and record keeping
- Assisting in the preparation of compounded medications
- Processing transactions through the till
- General housekeeping, inventory management, and merchandising as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible availability (day, evening, and weekend)
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous pharmacy experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with Kroll considered an asset
