Key Responsibilities:
-Sales & Client Service: Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, providing quotes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless coverage placement.
-Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of personal lines products and efficiently handle policies using company portals.
-Policy & Coverage Management: Process coverage changes, issue binders, certificates, and endorsements with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Claims & Retention Support: Assist clients through the claims process and proactively manage cancellation requests to retain business.
-Renewal & Remarketing Management: Oversee policy renewals, identify remarketing opportunities, and present clients with the best coverage options.
