Job Description:
We are a busy, active sports family based in Mississauga seeking a tech-savvy, child-friendly personal assistant to help keep us organized. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is reliable, and knows their way around social media and online scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and update family calendars, book sports and school activities
- Post and manage Facebook Marketplace ads
- Assist with social media posts and replies (Instagram, Facebook)
- Track follow-ups and manage email communication
- Occasional errands or support with children (drop-offs, event planning, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram)
- Friendly and comfortable around children
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Flexible part-time availability (approx. 10–20 hrs/week)
Location:
Mississauga (in-person role, some work can be done remotely)
