Dear Grain is seeking a Part time bread & Pastry baker to join our team. Someone who is Fast paced, Strong constitution, caring, passionate, and reliable. Someone who is interested to commit themselves to the craft of making artisan sourdough breads.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multitask and operate in fast pace when needed
- 1 year of Pastry / Baking experience
- Culinary/ baking education is preferred
- Willing to work with intensity
- Can work independently or in a team
- Attention to detail
- Willing to do repetitive work (less creative)
- Can follow instructions well
Duties & Responsibilities may also include:
- Pastry baking and Handling Shop PT
- Scaling ingredients
- Cleaning and restocking inventory
- Education with Pastry and culinary is preferred
Schedule availability:
- Bread Baking- 2-3 days, 6am - 2pm
- Pastry Prep- 2 days, Sunday & Monday, 5:30am - 11:30am baking Morning pastry + prep
- Early morning shift start
- $18.50-$19.00 per hour (depending on level of experience) plus tips
