What You'll Do
- Ensure parts are ordered within appropriate time lines
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
- Ensure inventory control measures and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain inventory levels according to seasonal trends
- Approve or deny warranty work orders when submitted based on knowledge as to whether or not the claim will be approved by the manufacturer
- In cases where approval is not certain or on larger warranty items, ensuring that the claim is submitted and approval from manufacturer is received in a timely manner
- Receive and/or chase payments from manufacturers and close warranty work orders
- Look for service bulletins and work with locations to identify their customers that are affected by those bulletins
- Coordinate timelines so warranty claims are submitted within manufacturer set times
- Maintain warranty at 3% of cost of sales
- Weekly meeting with Warranty Manager to review any OEM warranty issues
- Process parts orders: IE order/receive and allocate
- Source all parts required for the service department
- Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication
- Work with accounts payable to ensure all vendors are paid correctly
- Coordinate with CSR on all sublets
- Work with Location Manager to achieve budget goals
- Work as a team with all Crewmembers
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Lift heavy parts on a regular basis
- All other duties as assigned
- Generate revenue by promoting retail and wholesale sales
- Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers
- Work closely with Technicians and Customer Service to assign and keep track of all issued parts
What We'd Like From You
- 1 to 3 years with parts related experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset
- Able to work irregular hours including weekends during peak periods
- Boating license considered an asset

- Bracebridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer Support and/or Client Services: 1 year (preferred)
- Marine, Automotive and/or Parts and Warranty: 1 year (preferred)
