Straightline KIA is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both our service department and retail clients by ensuring timely and accurate parts ordering, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reorder processes
- Receive, store, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for parts sales
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure the correct parts are available for scheduled work
- Provide quotes and availability timelines to internal and external customers
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Follow up on backordered parts and keep customers and technicians informed
- Stay up to date on KIA product knowledge, part numbers, and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with computer systems (PBS experience an asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of KIA parts and accessories considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Good attitude towards people and the job

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
