Your mission:
Advise managers on HR matters: performance management, talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, change management
Provide tailored HR coaching aligned with operational needs
Support labor relations management: collective agreements, disciplinary files, internal investigations, corrective actions
Actively participate in HR projects aligned with the company’s strategic priorities
Generate insights from HR indicators and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure consistent application of internal policies and compliance with labor laws across Canada and the U.S.
Collaborate with internal teams to support talent acquisition initiatives
Contribute to fostering and maintaining a healthy, engaged, and inclusive work climate
What makes you stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, including experience in a unionized and manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws (knowledge of U.S. legislation is a strong asset)
Excellent interpersonal skills, influential leadership, strong analytical abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to support our North American teams
