Overview
seeking an experienced server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting, seating, serving, running drinks & snacks and cashing out guests. Shifts range from relaxed Sundays, to running the entire floor on a Friday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional guest services.
- Operate Touch Bistro POS system, and process transactions accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Be conversational with guests and help them order appropriatly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sit-down bar or restaurant is needed
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
