Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Promote salon services and products through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
- Process payments accurately using salon management software.
- Assist in maintaining client records and updating information as necessary.
- Collaborate with stylists to ensure smooth operations throughout the salon.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial records.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently to clients.
- Previous experience in a hair salon preferred.
- A positive attitude with a passion for the beauty industry.
