About Us:
Bronuts and Coffee is a local favorite known for our fresh, creative donuts and quality coffee. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable team member who can jump in wherever needed—whether it’s in the kitchen, behind the coffee bar, or serving our amazing customers.
Position Type: Part-Time (15–18 hours/week)
Opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance and learning.
Hourly Pay: $16/hour
Shift Start Time: 7:00 AM (occasional earlier starts when needed)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with kitchen prep work, including creams, glazes, and other donut components
- Decorate donuts with precision and creativity
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a Barista
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and front-of-house areas
- Receive and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Help with inventory receiving and organization as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Food service or barista experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
