We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation by washing vegetables and preparing ingredients as needed.
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling efforts according to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during peak service times.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a sanitary environment.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
