Blue Cross Animal Hospital is a busy, AAHA-accredited, 5-veterinarian practice located in the heart of Toronto. We are committed to providing top-quality, compassionate veterinary care and are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Care Representative to join our friendly and professional front desk team. This is a great opportunity for students seeking Part Time Employment.
Schedule:
- Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, 8-12, 3-7
- Saturday : 9AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and pets in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm upcoming visits and communicate reminders to clients
- Keep reception and waiting areas tidy and well-stocked
- Accurately manage transactions (cash, debit, credit) at checkout
- Maintain and update client and patient medical records
- Assist in coordinating patient care with the veterinary team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office is an asset, but not required - we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable with computers and clinic software (we will train the right person)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willing to work Saturdays.
