As our new Assistant Food Services Manager, you will:
- Be a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (C.S.N.M.) and maintain active membership.
- Have experience in large quantity food preparation, financial planning and food purchasing.
- Demonstrate a creative flare for menu planning, preparation and presentation.
- Have strong leadership skills and proven ability to supervise and secure the co[1]operation of the food services team.
- Work with and communicate effectively with the older adult population as well as their family and/or caregivers.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an effective team player who works well with others.
- Be knowledgeable in the Ontario Food Premises Regulation, CCHSA/ORCA, Ontario Long-Term Care Facility Program manual and OH&S Act.
