Part-time Admin Team Member

*Be available to work on Saturdays and have schedule flexibility to cover vacations*

*Greet Clients and Guests warmly and ensure reception area is welcoming, tidy and clean*

*Have experience answering a Multi-Line Phone System*

*Work in a fast-paced environment*

*Be organized and detail oriented*

*Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Publisher*

*Experience with Real Estate Software is an asset*

*Exceptional customer service skills*

*Other duties as assigned*

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
