About Us:
Everlasting Colour is a growing painting company based in Toronto, offering high-quality residential, commercial, and drywall repair services. Founded by experienced painters, we're a small, community-driven startup focused on professionalism, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. We’re currently offering discounted services to new clients until the end of December and are looking for a motivated Painting Manager to help lead our team and grow with the company.
What You'll Do:
- Lead painting projects on residential and commercial job sites
- Work on-site performing painting and drywall repair as required
- Supervise part-time painters and ensure job quality
- Assist in preparing and delivering job estimates alongside the Owner
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing Specialist on job documentation and branding
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at all job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Train new team members on tools, techniques, and safety
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of professional painting experience
- Outstanding knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry standards
- Previous leadership or team lead experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
