Summary
We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional painting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform additional tasks such as drywall repair. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining safety standards on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure a clean and professional finish with no overspray or missed areas.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and targets.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met.
Skills & Abilities
- 5-10 years of professional painting experience.
- Proficiency in caulking, priming, and painting with attention to detail.
- Skilled in drywall repair.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for painting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
