Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
- Assist in construction-related tasks as needed to support overall project goals.
