We are seeking a skilled P/T Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to grow their practice within our collaborative healthcare team.
Osteoathletic Sports Clinic is the fastest-growing multidisciplinary sports clinic in Milton, Ontario, securing more than 22 awards in 2024 for manual osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture & naturopathy and averaging a record-breaking 250 new patients per month.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Osteopathic manual practitioner graduated from a qualified school;
- A member of and in good standing with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO);
- Strong manual therapy skills;
- Patient-first attitude;
- Superior interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members; and
- A solid understanding of how different therapies (physiotherapy, chiropractic, naturopathy, acupuncture, etc.) in the clinic can benefit patient care.
PREFERENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background and/or experience in treating athletes is an asset;
- Available to work a minimum of 2 half or full days a week;
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Collaborative healthcare experience is an asset!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Manage acute care situations, ensuring timely interventions and pain management strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with patients and staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Engage in research to support evidence-based practices in osteopathic care.
* please note: we are looking for a candidate who can work Saturdays (10am-6pm) as part of their overall schedule due to high patient demand.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $88.00-$115.00 per hour
