Beauty Pro Supplies is one of Canada’s leading and trusted industry wholesale distributors to Canadian Beauty, Skin + Aesthetic Professionals. Our multiple e-commerce brand platforms wholesale products and equipment for salons, spas, aestheticians and beauty businesses across Canada
This individual will be responsible for managing client support, encouraging sales growth, and ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribution: Pack + Ship the order, ensuring the distribution process is timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with others to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Training: Educate our clients on new products and services, providing training and resources as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service. Experience in Shopify or within the beauty industry such as aesthetician, cosmetology is encouraged to apply!
- Skills: Strong communication, Computer, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Beauty industry or a related field preferred but not required.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Must currently live within commuting distance of our Bedford, NS offices
