You are seeking a role that will allow you to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customer by providing them with friendly, service-oriented, ethical, and professional service while working in their facility.
Essential Duties:
- Provide timely, efficient, and courteous service and communicates to customer.
- Maintain appropriate inventory for the customer including reconciliation of any inventory discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other Replenex employees to ensure open, timely communication to appropraiate individuals so they are aware of any customer needs or opportunities for growth.
- In partnership wtih appropriate individuals, documetn and resolve any customer concerns.
- Material handling and put away, order scanning, cycle-counting inventory, and general housekeeping.
Ideal Candidates:
- Are reliable, have excellent communication skills, the desire to problem solve, pay attention to the details, and can function well in a high-paced environment.
- Can lift up to 60 pounds on occasion.
- Is willing to travel between customer locations to fill customer needs.
