Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office software applications. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing support to both staff and clients.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls and schedule jobs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and preparing documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Maintain front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing appointments.
- Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting tasks using accounting software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
