Travers Law is a dynamic and fast-paced law firm, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Courier/Bank Runner to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business, requiring a dependable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal documents and packages to various locations throughout Waterloo Region, County of Wellington, and Halton.
- Attend to various banks to certify and deposit funds as well as deliver mortgage payouts for real estate closings.
- Purchase office supplies and items as requested by the Partners or Office Manager.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and with attention to detail (courier log is kept)
- Perform errands as required to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract (in good standing).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive documents with care and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and work independently.
- Previous courier or related experience is a plus.
