Top Hand Ventures Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to take charge of our office operations and support our team. Top Hand Ventures Ltd. specializes in fencing and excavation projects across British Columbia, with a base in 100 Mile House. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Your Role:
As our Office Administrator / Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing all aspects of office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all general office duties (answering phones, emails, walk-in inquiries) and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting and coordinating with our field crews to ensure safety compliance, including equipment check-ins, orientations, and pre-work documentation in accordance with WorkSafe BC standards
- Developing and implementing systems to streamline business processes in areas such as scheduling, tracking (fuel, hours, materials), and documentation
- Managing social media platforms, assisting with advertising, and maintaining our website to attract new clients and keep our community engaged
- Tracking job materials, equipment, and workers’ hours for accurate project management and billing
- Facilitating communications within the team and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assisting with safety protocols and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a motivated mindset
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Experience in office administration, project tracking, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to develop innovative systems and processes for efficiency
- Willingness to travel occasionally with provided accommodations and LOA when necessary
What We Offer:
- Competitive wages between $22 and $28 per hour, based on experience
- Monday to Friday work week
