We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in vehicle licensing to join our team at TSOA Fleet. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, processing vehicle registration per guidelines, providing support to the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Perform general office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Administer client parameters in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain professional communication with our drivers and other vendors
- Timely fulfillment and follow through of all related transactional duties to meet Service Level Agreements
- Utilize internal company software to consistently document, manage, and track client support and transactions
- Continually provide the client with an exceptional level of service and provide regular follow up
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Thrive in a fast paced, customer-oriented business with consultative knowledge of vehicle transportation and logistics needs
-Demonstrate mastery of industry best practices, internal business policies, resources and resolution procedures
-Stay abreast of the status of client parameters and company relations as well as automotive industry news in order to troubleshoot and consult with clients
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Experience with vehicle registration preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
