Job Description
We are presently looking for Night Shift Seasonal Plant Operators for our sand plant in Thorhild, Alberta. We offer a great work environment where job safety and people are our top priority. This is a rotating shift including nights and weekends 6pm-12am, 6 days on, 2 days off. Night shift is paid $29 per hour plus shift premium, with overtime after 8 hours a day, or 40 hours per week.
If you can work with minimal supervision, come with mechanical aptitude, familiarity with general production practices and loader operating experience, we want to hear from you! On the job training will be provided.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Past experience with production
- Be fit to work - there is some physical work involved
- Drug and Alcohol pre-employment testing is required as this is a safety-sensitive position
- Experience with heavy equipment is considered an asset
- First aid and safety training is considered an asset
