We ship to more than 35 countries from our over 100,000 square foot complex in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. We’re a full service company with ISO certification, more than 45 employees, and an inventory of more than 18,000 parts, always in stock.
We are currently looking to hire Build Assembler, New Trucks to join our Sudbury team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble of build special purpose vehicles (SPV) according to specs and build sheets/instruction
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with SPV
- Maintain appropriate records (i.e. inspection sheets)
- Build/repair various mining component parts
- Repair/overhaul customer units
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be able to test assembled parts, vehicles & products to ensure functionality.
- Experience with mining industry specific equipment (asset)
- Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics
- Lifting up to 50 pounds (assistance always available)
- Able to stand 90% of the time
- Ability to work overhead for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and drive to achieve customer satisfaction
