Overview
We are looking to add a new sales consultant that would sell both New Mitsubishi & Pre-Owned vehicles. Past sales experience would be an asset, but not required to apply, as we provide a ton of resources to accel in the position. We believe in keeping a smaller team to avoid overloading the sales floor, so that all our sales consultants have plenty of opportunities to succeed.

Pay Plan
The pay is strictly commission based with a minimum wage guarantee.
It's a scaled pay plan starting at 20% of the gross profit on the vehicle, and rising to 35% depending on total volume sold. There is also additional flat bonuses for hitting volume targets & bonuses paid out for Business Office products. It's difficult to give an exact range, as the pay is entirely dependent on the individual, but there is very realistic potential to earn over 6 figures at this position.
Schedule
The Planned schedule for this position would be as follows, but we do have some flexibility on the day off or evening/day shift availability
Sunday = OFF
Monday = 9:00-5:00
Tuesday = 12:00-8:00
Wednesday = 12:00-8:00
Thursday = OFF
Friday = 9:00-5:30
Saturday = 9:00-5:30

Pay: $31,200.00-$130,000.00 per year
