Seeking a permanent full-time position for a medical office administrator at a busy Naturopathic Medical clinic, Axiom Health. We are looking for someone who is task-orientated, good at multi-tasking, organized, team player, and proficient with computers. We desire someone friendly and inviting and ready to help our patients with their needs.
Job duties include:
Scheduling
Checking patients in and out of clinic
Answer phones and emails
Scanning
Relaying communication with doctors
Invoice creation
Opening and closing the office
Data Entry
Ordering and receiving inventory
Clinic information letters
Training of the EMR system will be provided as ND specific software
Previous experience in a medical office and interest in Naturopathic medicine is an asset.
Work Days:
4 days a week
8:45am-5:15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Fridays: 8:45-3:15 pm Fridays
Weekly hours approx. 30 hours per week
No weekends, evening or holidays required
Wage: $24-26/hr depending on experience
