Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail Extensions and designs.
- Sanitize all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client’s experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification or license in nail technology as required by state regulations.
- A passion for beauty, aesthetics, and providing top-notch service.
