Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art applications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or specialized treatments to enhance the client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Handle retail sales of nail care products and tools, ensuring clients are informed about available options.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.

Pay: $15.25-$40.35 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
