Company Information:
Rookie + Ace Multi-Sport is a 9,000 sq. ft. facility operating out of Catalyst137 in Kitchener. Our facility features a Padel court, a Pickleball court and a Multi-Purpose court. The focus of our business is to deliver multi-sport programs, camps and leagues for ages 2-11. We also have adult Pickleball and Padel programming, open play and court rentals.
Responsibilities:
- Head instructor for our multi-sport programs and camps for Ages 2-11.
- Facilitate sports birthday parties for Ages 4-11.
- Manage bookings, registrations and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Clean the facility and open/close the facility when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Working toward or completed a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma – preferably in a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – especially in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Background in sports. Specifically soccer, basketball, baseball, floor hockey, dodgeball, handball, pickleball, padel, and tennis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and time management skills.
- Interested in working independently.
- First Aid & CPR – C certification.
Schedule:
Regular shifts available on weekdays (2pm - 10pm) and weekends (8am - 430pm). Other shifts available on occasion. Shift timing must be flexible due to the nature of the business and may vary by the time of year.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
