What You'll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly with a friendly attitude
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to create memorable dining experiences
- Suggest menu items, specials, and pairings to enhance the guest’s dining experience
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming and seamless atmosphere
- Uphold the brand’s hospitality standards by consistently delivering attentive and thoughtful service
- Engage guests authentically, building rapport to encourage repeat visits
