Chica's Chicken is hiring a Morning Prep Cook to join our team!
We're a family-owned, Michelin-awarded restaurant located in Winnipeg. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a set weekly schedule and who enjoys working independently.
Working hours: 6:00am - 11:00am (before opening hours), 3-4 days/week. Specific days to be discussed and agreed upon. Hours may vary slightly.
**Excellent time management skills are key for this position**
Responsibilities include:
- Light butchery
- Prepping sauces and sides
- Changing fryer oil
- Receiving and organizing morning deliveries
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of kitchen area
